The Best Bo Training Tool I've Ever Used
"I'm proud to have designed this training tool, not because it is incredibly impressive or complex, but because it works. I have had one since we created the product several years ago, and it is still in perfect shape even though I train with it on a daily basis. The grips are specifically placed to be the ideal "thirds position" for bo striking, maximizing extension and power. It is a great way for young students to learn proper hand positioning for the bo, and keeps more experienced students disciplined in their technique. It is great for classes too, as the one-size-fits-all length makes it easy for everyone to grab a trainer bo without having to waste class time sorting through all the different sizes of bos piled in the corner of the dojo.
