Eating costs and sizing for uniforms, not good

"I had really good help on getting my design for my logo on the back of theses, and getting stitched names on the front for my leadership team was done very well. As other reviews stated, for the cost of these uniforms, the only sizing they had online was height and weight. Well, when I got them, students had to swap pants obviously not tops due to the names. I was pretty disappointed as these kids were waiting and excited to get them finding out that only the top fits or the pants only fit. I had one leadership member give me the pants back because the seam was breaking in the back. I contacted Century, and I am happy that they are trying to help, and now I have a full sizing chart for it where I need t get inseams, waist, chest measurements to make sure these custom uniforms fit, had they told me that I needed that info in the beginning it would had save a lot of trouble and money on my end as I have to eat the cost and pay again for another set to fix the sizing issue."

We outfitted our entire demonstration

"We outfitted our entire demonstration team with these uniforms. So far, the ties on 5 or 6 of our demo tops tore off on their first use. The uniform itself is decent quality, I just wish the ties were of a quality that justified the price. Very disappointed."

"As I said in my original review, this jacket is decent quality like usual except for the inner tie straps, idk if I got a bad example but all four of my tie straps are falling off after the first few classes I wore it. Yes it's an easy fix, but I shouldn't have to for the price of this. I originally left a review for this product via email and received an automated response with a 20%-off coupon. As I'm sure you can see that original review is nowhere to be found, not happy with this customer service."
