Our one speedbag kept taking hard kicking and punch boxing rounds and didn't want to give up taking hard kicks and powerful punching blows between long punishing speed work rounds at 30mins per round of taking speed work and then boxed up hard with punching and bag kicking partner boxing team work my sassy girl partner and I love working this bag together for hours at a time. "This leather Speedbag can take hours and hours of hard punishment before it pops. The bag is always ready for the next hard punishing boxing and kickboxing sessions my Sassy girl and I work together on for hours at a time.
