The Wavemaster is the original freestanding heavy bag, excellent for developing kicks, punches, and strikes. Constructed of high-density foam, the Wavemaster has a rounded base that is easily relocated without the need of permanent fixtures. The base can be filled with sand or water. Features seven height adjustments from 47 inches to 68 inches.

"Been at Kyokushinkia since 1966 . had a motorcycle wreck a couple years ago... I needed to get back into karate condition . Being by myself here was a little rough... So i bought this 250 lb bag and it was all i needed to get back in shape, put power back into my kicks & punches , lol, without knocking someone out . The bag is very sturdy and exactly what ya need . It don't swing , so workouts are very productive ..."

Got 1st Wavemaster 25 yrs ago

"I've been using heavy bags, Makiwara post, speed bags both ring platform and double end over 45 years. I bought my first Wavemaster 25 years ago and in my opinion it is the best overall heavybag available. The punching angles are different from a hanging bag but resistance is excellent without breaking your hands(I did that a lot!). As far as movement of this bag on the floor it's very heavy, movement is minimal, and as in any bag you develop a rhythm and sort of dance with the bag using a combination of hand and footwork. Very durable and easy to use, well balanced and in my opinion it is still the best heavybag available..I'm buying a home in Az soon and before I buy furniture I'm going to buy a new Wavemaster lol...it's that good. Buy it and above all Use It..!"
