ROUND TWO:
1 MINUTE INTERVALS:
- STRAIGHT BACK KNEE STRIKES ON BOB
- STRAIGHT FRONT KNEE STRIKES ON BOB
- STRAIGHT KNEE STRIKES MIX
2 MINUTES:
ROUND THREE:

- MOVING INTO CLINCH
- CLINCH TO STRAIGHT KNEES
